Request for Proposal (RFP) for Deployment of 5G in MTML, Mauritius – “5G Network-as- a-Service”,  RFP No. MTML/RFP/5G/2025/01 Dated 10-07-2025

Mahanagar Telephone (Mauritius) Ltd. (MTML) invites invites sealed Global RFP from eligible bidders as per eligibility conditions of RFP, under two stage bid system for Deployment of 5G to Build, Own and Operate 5G on Network as a Service at MTML Mauritius on Revenue share basis.

The bid document can be collected from the O/o MTML at 63, Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius on payment of USD 500 or MUR 22,500. The bid document can also be downloaded from our website ‘https://chili.mu/tenders/’.

The last date for submitting the completed bid document is 14-08-2025.

The completed bids should reach MTML latest by 15:00 Hrs on 14-08-2025. The cost of bidding is to be borne solely by the bidder. MTML reserves the right to modify any terms of RFP or cancel the procurement process at any stage without assigning any reason. The cost of bidding is to be borne solely by the bidder
