Business Development Executive- Retail Sales

Main Job Responsibility:

  1. Channel and Distribution Management. 
  2. Working to achieve monthly and annual sales target.
  3. New Customer Acquisition Prepaid and Post-paid.
  4. Drive and implement sales strategy of the company.
  5. New Business development in retail sales channel.
  6. Training and demonstration of product and solutions.
  7. Retail and POS branding.
  8. Advice clients and customers and provide customer service.
  9. Develop and maintain good customer relationship.
  10. Competition analysis and market research.
  11. Preparation of periodic sales reports.
  12. Creating presentation detailed proposal documents and participate in bids.
  13. Respond to email and phone enquiries.
  14. Attending and participating in exhibition and event.

Qualification and Skills requirement:

  1. Minimum 1+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably with telecommunication / Services Company.
  2. Diploma in Sales/Management.
  3. Excellent selling and customer relationship skills.
  4. Excellent Communication skills oral and written.
  5. Having computer skills and working on MS Excel and Power Point.
  6. Good level of data analysis skills.
  7. Positive attitude, confident and determined approach.
  8. Independent problem solver.
  9. Self-motivated and having initiative.
  10. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  11. Skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
  12. Capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
  13. Having driving licence for private car.
  14. Fluency in Creole, English and Hindi preferred

Salary:

Commensurate with qualification and experience of the candidate. Negotiable at the time of interview.
