Business Development Executive- Retail Sales
Main Job Responsibility:
- Channel and Distribution Management.
- Working to achieve monthly and annual sales target.
- New Customer Acquisition Prepaid and Post-paid.
- Drive and implement sales strategy of the company.
- New Business development in retail sales channel.
- Training and demonstration of product and solutions.
- Retail and POS branding.
- Advice clients and customers and provide customer service.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship.
- Competition analysis and market research.
- Preparation of periodic sales reports.
- Creating presentation detailed proposal documents and participate in bids.
- Respond to email and phone enquiries.
- Attending and participating in exhibition and event.
Qualification and Skills requirement:
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably with telecommunication / Services Company.
- Diploma in Sales/Management.
- Excellent selling and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent Communication skills oral and written.
- Having computer skills and working on MS Excel and Power Point.
- Good level of data analysis skills.
- Positive attitude, confident and determined approach.
- Independent problem solver.
- Self-motivated and having initiative.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- Skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
- Having driving licence for private car.
- Fluency in Creole, English and Hindi preferred
Salary:
Commensurate with qualification and experience of the candidate. Negotiable at the time of interview.
